General terms and conditions
Operation of the Club is governed by the Constitution and By-Laws of the RACV Club.
- RACV reserves the right to make changes to membership access, entitlements or fees from time to time. RACV Club members will be advised of RACV’s intention to make any such changes through the RACV website racv.com.au and using any other means adopted by RACV (in its absolute discretion). If a member considers that any such change will have a detrimental effect on the services supplied to the member by RACV, then the member may request that RACV cancel their RACV Club Membership and RACV agrees to refund the unused portion (pro-rata) of any RACV Club Membership fee to the member.
- Membership access, entitlements and discounts are for personal use by the RACV Club Member only and cannot be transferred, used for commercial purposes or used by anyone else on behalf of the member.
- Management has the right to request your membership card at anytime on the Club premises.
The direct booking standard cancellation policy is changing for City Club and Healesville Country Club and Resort.
Healesville Country Club and Resort:
- You will be charged 80% of the total price of your stay if you cancel in the 2 days (14 days for peak periods and special events) prior to arrival. For more information, see our resorts policies.
City Club:
- For arrivals on or before 30th June 2025: You will be charged 80% of the total price of your stay if you cancel after 2pm the day before arrival.
- For arrivals on or after 1st July 2025: You will be charged 80% of the total price of your stay if you cancel after 2pm the day before arrival (14 days for peak periods and special events).
No changes to cancellation policies for third party bookings or non-refundable bookings. For more information, see our resorts policies.
All Club memberships are a 12-month commitment. Members who joined after 1 March 2020 may elect to pay their annual membership fees (the Fees) in monthly instalments via direct debit, subject to a 12-month commitment. If a member cancels their membership before the end of the 12-month period, the member must pay the outstanding balance of the Fees. See full terms and conditions. Membership add-ons (ie. golf, Upgrade) are valid across the 12-month renewal period, notwithstanding the date the add on is purchased.
You agree that RACV and its related bodies corporate may contact you with marketing and information about their products and services, discounts, special offers, competitions and invitations to special events, for an indefinite period unless and until you opt out of receiving these communications. You agree that any contact details provided by you can be used for these communications, including to contact you by post, phone, email and SMS. If at any time you wish to opt out from receiving these communications, please let RACV know by using the “Opt Out” instructions in the RACV Privacy Charter or any opt out means provided in the communications.
RACV remains the holder and owner of any rights or obligations attached to the card and the stored value on the card, which is non-transferable, non-saleable and not redeemable for cash. Card can only be used by the member named on the card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Transactions exceeding available balance require difference to be paid by another method. Birthday Reward
Card can be used at restaurants and bars within the RACV Club (excluding Bourke Street Green, Le Petit Gateau and Gallery Lounge) and the entire voucher must be used in one transaction. The card will expire 3 months from date of issue and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.
Rewards Card
For Lifestyle members upon renewing club membership (renewal join date of 1 July 2023 to 1 June 2024) will receive a $100 e-gift card. Card can be used at restaurants and bars within the RACV Club, and accommodation Sunday to Thursday within the RACV Club. The card will expire 12 months from date of issue and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.
Club Executive and Access Voucher
Card can be used at Healesville Country Club golf, One Spa at RACV Healesville Country Club or RACV City Club or Club Events (excluding box office and special events ie. Christmas Day and New Years Eve). This card will expire 12 months from date of issue and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.
Club Access Rewards
Card can be used at RACV City Club and RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort (excluding Club Membership fees, RACV City Club carpark, RACV Box Office and RACV Special Events ie. Christmas Day, New Years Day). This card will expire 6 months from date of issue and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.
Club Treat
Card can be used at RACV City Club and RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort (excluding Club membership fees, RACV City Club carpark, RACV Box Office and RACV Special Events ie. Christmas Day, New Years Day). This card will expire 12 months from date of issue and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to RACV Club members purchasing tickets for private suite access at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Marvel Stadium and Rod Laver Arena. By purchasing tickets, members agree to abide by the following Terms.
- Eligibility and Membership Requirements
1.1 Current Membership: Tickets are available exclusively to RACV Club members with a current membership.
1.2 Non-Transferable: Tickets must not be sold, transferred or gifted to non-members. Doing so may result in cancellation of the ticket without a refund and potential suspension of membership privileges.
- Ticket Purchases
2.1 Maximum Ticket Allocation: A maximum of 4 tickets per member may be purchased. Exceeding this limit will result in the cancellation of excess tickets.
2.2 Payment Requirements: For any total ticket purchase of $2,500 or more, full payment must be made within 14 days of booking confirmation. If the confirmation occurs within one week of the event date, payment must be received by the RACV Club at least 48 hours before the event. Tickets will be released once payment is confirmed. Payment may be settled via credit card or bank transfer. Tickets exceeding $2,500 are not able to be charged to a membership account.
Any ticket purchase less than $2,500 will be charged to the Club member's membership account
Any unpaid balance or Club debt (30+ days) may result in the cancellation of the booking and suspension of ticket privileges.
- Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Standard Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are strictly non-refundable regardless of when they are made.
3.2 Illness or Emergencies: Refunds or credits for illness or other emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at RACV's sole discretion. Documentation may be required.
- Event-Specific Terms
4.1 Changes to Event Details: RACV reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel events, suite access or associated benefits due to unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified of significant changes, and where appropriate, partial refunds or credits may be offered.
- Unpaid Accounts
5.1 Outstanding Balances: Members with unpaid bills or outstanding balances may have their ticket purchases suspended or cancelled. Reinstatement of privileges will only occur upon full settlement of the account.
5.2 Recovery of Costs: RACV reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid amounts, including any legal or administrative costs incurred.
- Prohibited Actions
6.1 Ticket Resale: Reselling or advertising RACV suite tickets for resale, particularly to non-members, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
6.2 Misuse of Benefits: Any misuse of RACV Club suite access or associated benefits may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
- General Provisions
7.1 Liability: RACV will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from changes, cancellations or delays related to suite ticket purchases or events.
7.2 Discretionary Changes: RACV reserves the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of the suite access program at its sole discretion. Changes will be communicated to members where applicable.
7.3 Privacy: Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with RACV's Privacy Charter.
By proceeding with the purchase of suite tickets, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Offers and discounts
- Members must present their Club card at time of purchase to claim any applicable discount.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or member rate unless otherwise stated. All discounts are subject to availability and such other terms and conditions as stipulated by RACV from time to time.
- Dining discounts are valid on transactions up to $1,000 only and do not apply to conferences, events or in room dining. For exclusive member groups and events rates, please contact our Conferences and Event Team on conferencesandevents@racv.com.au for City and healesvilleevents@racv.com.au for Healesville.
- RACV Resort accommodation discount is off the standard, non-member accommodation rate only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Subject to availability and blackout dates. Discount is not applicable to Healesville Country Club and Resort. The discount is only applicable while the eligible RACV Club member is an in-house guest and cannot be extended to any other in-house guests, whether or not they are staying with the member.
- The 25% discount off restaurant and bars at RACV Resorts for Access members excludes Healesville Country Club & Resort.
- Healesville Aperitivo hour - To access this offering, eligible Club Members need to be in the Club Members’ Lounge between 5 and 6pm. This is an exclusive service for Club Members who have booked in-house accommodation under a Club Member rate and it is available for a maximum of two people per room. Bookings are not required.
- If purchase exceeds available Credit balance, the member must make up the difference by making an additional payment. Cash will not be given for any unused balance, and any unused balance on expiry of the Credit will not be refunded, credited or transferred to another member.
- Credit is redeemable for eligible products and services at the RACV City Club and RACV Healesville Country Club only, excluding the carpark, shared working space and box office.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to pay for RACV Club Membership fees.
A new membership application must be received with a promotion code and payment completed, either full annual membership or the first of 12 monthly instalments between 1 June 2025 and 30 June 2026. Only eligible for new RACV Club Member applications.
The Club credit will be applied as an e-gift card to spend in the Club (called Club Treat) following approval of the new member application by the Club and Membership Committee.
E-gift card can only be used at RACV City Club and RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort (excluding Club membership fees, RACV City Club carpark, RACV Box Office and RACV Special Events ie. Christmas Day, New Years Day).

Members who renew their club membership between 1 July 2025 and 1 June 2026 will receive a RACV Travel & Experiences e-gift card. This e-gift card can be redeemed for bookings of Ocean and River Cruises and Group Touring products, and the purchase of RACV Travel Insurance, up to the value of the e-gift card. The e-gift card is not redeemable for any other RACV and RACV Club products, RACV Resort and Club stays, products, memberships, payment of club account, dining, events or experiences, standalone flights, airport parking, car hire, attractions or purchase of further gift cards or vouchers.
Members may redeem their e-gift card for Ocean and River Cruises and Group Touring products by calling 03 8613 9660, emailing club@travel.racv.com.au and at any store with an RACV Travel & Experiences desk. To redeem the e-gift card for RACV Travel Insurance, members can also visit an RACV store. The e-gift cannot be redeemed for bookings or purchases made online. The e-gift card expires 6 months from date of issue and any lost, stolen or unused value will not be refunded or credited. The e-gift card can only be used by the member named on the card, must be presented at time of enquiry and must be used in one transaction.

Membership types and upgrades
Members must pay the Upgrade Package fee and any other amounts due and owing to the RACV Club before Upgrade Package access and entitlements will be provided. Upgrade entitlements are aligned to a member's renewal period. Upgrade Package access, entitlements and discounts are for personal use by the RACV Club member only and cannot be transferred, used for commercial purposes or used by anyone else on behalf of the member. An Upgrade package is valid for one twelve month renewal period, irrespective of purchase date.
- RACV Access Club Credit will be provided as an e-gift card or applied to the Club account of an Access member in two instalments of $500 each (the Credit). RACV Club Credit must be redeemed within 6 months of issue, and prior to the member’s individual RACV Club membership renewal date. Credit can only be used by the member named. Credit can be used at RACV City Club and RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort (excluding Club Membership fees, RACV City Club carpark, RACV Box Office and RACV Special Events ie. Christmas Day, New Years Day).
- Complimentary Associate Membership is subject to the completion of the RACV Club membership application form by an eligible beneficiary, and the approval of that application by the RACV Club & Membership Committee, in accordance with RACV Club By-Laws.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the RACV Club Priority Pass Add-On, an optional $199 membership enhancement that provides the opportunity to access exclusive benefits, including presale access to premium products such as tickets, suites, and packages for premium events. By purchasing the Priority Pass Add-On, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.
- Eligibility and Membership Requirements
1.1 Current Membership: Tickets are available exclusively to current RACV Club members.

- Presale Access
2.1 The Priority Pass Add-On provides exclusive presale access to premium products, which may include tickets to:
• Sporting events.
• Concerts and performances.
• Dining and travel.
• Other premium experiences.
2.2 Presale access does not guarantee availability of premium products, which remain subject to demand and inventory limitations.
2.3 RACV Club reserves the right to determine the duration, start time and end time of the presale.
2.4 RACV Club reserves the right to limit the number of tickets a member may purchase during the pre-sale period.
2.5 RACV Club reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the pre-sale at any time without prior notice.
2.6 Any attempt to sell or transfer pre-sale access codes or tickets obtained through pre-sale in violation of the ticketing provider’s policies may result in cancellation of the tickets and suspension of pre-sale privileges.
2.7 RACV Club reserves the right to act against any member found to be abusing the pre-sale system, including revoking membership benefits.
2.8 RACV Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
- Fees and Payment
3.1 The Priority Pass Add-On is a $199 annual fee, payable in addition to regular RACV Club membership fees that is valid for a 12-month period.
3.2 The fee is non-refundable, including but not limited to situations such as:
• Change of mind.
• Dissatisfaction with the availability of premium products.
• Inability to use presale benefits.
3.3 For any total ticket purchase of $2,500 or more, full payment must be made within 14 days of booking confirmation. If the confirmation occurs within one week of the event date, payment must be received by the RACV Club at least 48 hours before the event. Tickets will be released once payment is confirmed. - Renewal
4.1 The Priority Pass Add-On will expire after a 12-month period, after which time RACV Club members will have the opportunity to renew their upgrade. In 2026 Priority Pass payments will be aligned to your Club membership renewal period.
- Priority Pass Benefits
5.1 Marvel Stadium Credit: The $50 Marvel credit is valid only on AFL days at Marvel Stadium suites and must be used in compliance with any venue-specific terms. Unused credit will not be refunded.
5.2 Ballot System: For high-demand events, a ballot may be used. Entry into the ballot does not guarantee a ticket. RACV reserves the right to determine eligibility and allocate tickets at its discretion.
5.3 10% off accommodation on the night of your event. Subject to availability. Valid to book and stay until 30/06/2026. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply – check with Club directly for details. Discount applies to selected room types and rate plans. Not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
5.4 RACV Club reserves the right to change the program benefits at any time.
- Interstate and International Event Tickets Including Travel
6.1 Confirmation of event tickets does not guarantee accommodation or transport. RACV Club will offer event tickets via Priority Pass, however members are responsible for organising and paying for their own travel arrangements. RACV Travel & Experiences is available to assist, but availability of flights or accommodation for the event ticket is not guaranteed.
6.2 RACV Travel & Experiences is proud to be an independent agent to travel providers of hotels, flights and other related services. RACV Travel & Experiences is not a tour operator. Details and information on the offer are provided by 3rd party businesses and although we do our best to verify the information, we cannot guarantee its accuracy on all occasions. These offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. 6.3 If you change any aspect of your booking, we will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate your request, but you acknowledge that this may not always be possible.
6.4 All changes will be subject to any applicable Travel Partner fees and our change fees set out below, and you will be responsible for any increase in pricing that may occur as a result of your change request.
6.5 For non-refundable bookings, if you cancel any aspect of your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund or other remedy from either RACV Club or the Travel Partners.
6.6 Subject to your refund and remedy rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the following RTE change or cancellation fees may apply to your bookings. ("RTE Platform" or “Platform” means the specific travel agency services provided via the internet accessed application and the RTE call centre that is owned, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by RTE):
(a) changes to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $45 per booking in addition to Travel Partner fees.
(b) changes to International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of $75 per booking in addition to Travel Partner fees.
(c) cancellations of Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $75 per person (capped at $150 per booking) in addition to Travel Partner fees.
6.7 These change and cancellation fees reflect the reasonable, direct and indirect costs, time and effort incurred or involved in us providing services to you, as well as processing and managing the changes to, or cancellation of, your booking.
- No Refunds Policy
7.1 All sales of the Priority Pass are final. Refunds or credits will not be issued under any circumstances.
7.2 Members acknowledge that the fee grants access to presale opportunities but does not constitute a purchase of tickets or guarantees specific outcomes.
- Event Changes or Cancellations
8.1 RACV Club is not responsible for changes to or cancellations of events for which presale access was granted.
8.2 If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, members must follow the terms set by the event organiser or ticket vendor.
8.3 All cancellations are strictly non-refundable regardless of when they are made.
8.4 Refunds or credits for illness or other emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at RACV's sole discretion. Documentation may be required.
- Liability and Indemnity
9.1 RACV Club is not liable for:
• Availability of Priority Pass products during presale periods.
• Changes to event details, performers, or schedules.
• Losses or damages incurred due to the use or inability to use the Priority Pass.
9.2 Members agree to indemnify and hold RACV Club harmless from claims arising from:
• Misuse of the Priority Pass.
• Breaches of these T&Cs.
- Marketing Consent
10.1 By purchasing the Priority Pass Add-On, you agree that:
(a) RACV Club may contact you with marketing and information about exclusive benefits, early access to events, and other offers available to you as the holder of a Club Priority Pass; and
(b) RACV and its related bodies corporate may contact you with marketing and information about their products and services, discounts, special offers, competitions and invitations to special events, for an indefinite period unless and until you opt out of receiving these communications.
10.2 You agree that any contact details provided by you can be used for these communications, including to contact you by post, phone, email and SMS. If you wish to opt out from receiving these communications, please let RACV Club know by using any opt out means provided in the communications or by contacting the RACV Club Membership team at 03 9944 8888. You can also opt out of receiving communications from RACV and its related bodies corporate by using the “Opt Out” instructions in the RACV Privacy Charter (available at www.racv.com.au) or any opt out means provided in the communications.
10.3 If you unsubscribe from, or opt out of, receiving these communications from RACV Club you will still be eligible for Club Priority Pass offers and you acknowledge that:
· you will no longer receive communications from RACV Club notifying you of the benefits and offers available to you as a holder of a Club Priority Pass; and
· it is your responsibility to contact RACV Club (including by checking the RACV Club website) for information about benefits and offers available from time to time to Club Priority Pass holders; and
· RACV Club is not liable to you if you are not aware of, or miss out on, a benefit or offer that is made available to Club Priority Pass holders.
- Privacy and Data Collection
10.1 RACV Club collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Charter, available on the RACV Club website.
10.2 Your personal information collected for the Priority Pass will be used for transaction processing, membership management and communication related to presale opportunities.
- Amendments to Terms and Conditions
12.1 RACV Club reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
12.2 Changes will be communicated via the RACV Club website and/or email.

Fitness and aquatic centre
You need to sign the RACV Club Fitness Centre Terms and Conditions to use the RACV Club fitness and aquatic facilities (RACV Fitness Centre). Below is the updated declaration.
Your usage of the RACV Club fitness and aquatic facilities (RACV Fitness Centre) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Fitness to participate: I declare that I am medically and physically fit and able to participate in any recreational activity. I will immediately notify RACV in writing of any change to fitness and ability to participate. By signing the RACV Club Fitness Centre declaration you understand and accept that RACV will continue to rely upon this declaration as evidence of nay fitness to participate and ability to participate.
2. Consent to medical treatment: If required RACV will arrange medical or hospital treatment (including ambulance transportation) for me. I authorise such actions being taken by RACV where my further consent cannot be obtained and agree to meet all costs associated with such action.
3. Waiver, Release and Indemnity: You acknowledge that there are dangers and risk inherent in activities at the Fitness Centre (including, but not limited to any activity that is performed within the Fitness Centre and any specialised classes, courses and workshops that are conducted within or eternal to the Fitness Centre (the “Activity”) to which you may be exposed by accessing the Fitness Centre. You agree that you are participating in the Activity at your own risk and you voluntarily assume responsibility for any injury, death, or property damage you may suffer as a result of your participation in the Activity. To the maximum extent possible at law, you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify RACV against all actions, claims, suits, costs, expenses, demands and damages suffered or incurred by RACV by reason of or in respect of or in any manner whatsoever arising out of or caused by your use of the Fitness Centre or participation in the Activity.
4. Warning under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012: If you sign the RACV Club Fitness Centre Terms and Conditions form, you will be agreeing that your rights to sue the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in this form, if you are killed or injured because the services provided were not in accordance with the statutory guarantees outlined below. Under the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria), several statutory guarantees apply to the supply of certain goods and services. These guarantees mean that the supplier named on this form is required to ensure that the recreational services it supplies to you:
- are rendered with due care and skill; and
- are reasonably fit for any purpose which you, either expressly or by implication, make known to the supplier; and
- might reasonably be expected to achieve any result you have made known to the supplier.
Under section 22 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012, the exclusion of these statutory guarantees is brought to your attention by this form.
NOTE: The change to your rights, as set out in this form, does not apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier's part. Gross negligence, in relation to an act or omission, means doing the act or omitting to do an act with reckless disregard, with or without consciousness, for the consequences of the act or omission. See regulation 5 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Regulations 2012 and section 22(3)(b) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012.
You agree that you are using the Fitness Centre on the express condition that RACV:
- will, under no circumstances be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any death, loss, accident, damage or injury to you or any of your visitor or invitee or any other person whatsoever (“Related Party”) which may happen as a result of your use of the Fitness Centre; and
- will not incur or be under any liability whatsoever to you or to any Related Party for any loss, damage or injury to or in respect of any of your property or of any Related Party’s property, except as occasioned by the gross negligence, acts or omissions of RACV or its servants, agents, contractors, visitors or invitees.
RACV is not liable to you in respect of any indirect or consequential loss. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘consequential loss’ means loss or damage arising from a breach of contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or any other basis in law or equity including, but without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss or denial of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of business reputation, future reputation or publicity, damage to credit rating and indirect, remote, abnormal or unforeseeable loss, or any similar loss whether or not in the reasonable contemplation of the parties.
